31st Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards Conference

In partnership with the Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT), the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) presents the 31st Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards Conference.  In coordination with Wisconsin DBE Unified Certification Program Partners: City of Madison, Dane County and Milwaukee County, the 31st Annual DBE Workshop and Secretary’s Golden Shovel Awards is Wisconsin’s premier engineering and construction networking event where small and disadvantaged businesses have the opportunity to network with larger contractors and consultants who do business with WisDOT and other government entities such as the City of Milwaukee, City of Madison, MMSD, and Illinois DOT just to name a few.  The 2017 31st Annual DBE Conference is sponsored by National Association of Minority Contractors.

The agenda includes discussions on current and upcoming projects, professional development workshops, and networking meetings.

You should attend this event if you own or lead a construction company, consultant firm or any other company that serves Wisconsin’s transportation infrastructure. Registration allows the individual to attend all sessions and receive meals provided by the Conference, which include morning coffee, a breakfast, two luncheons and a reception.
