A business may determine that entering the Federal market as a SUBCONTRACTOR to a Federal prime contractor is a better fit. Although expectations of the subcontractor remain high, a prime can often act as a mentor or partner on a requirement and lower the risk to the subcontractor.
In this session we will focus on:
- What does a Federal prime look for in a subcontractor
- How to locate Federal prime contractors
- Visibility to the prime contractors
- Competition
