SAME Industry, Government and Small Business Engagement Series – Great Lakes, IL

RuthAnne Hall, Purchasing Manager at Lake County, will be presenting on opportunities with Lake County, IL. There will also be an update on the Naval Station Great Lakes Housing Project.
*Following the program* – Join us for a discussion of BIM! The technology landscape in AEC is always changing and keeping up these trends is important.
In this class we will look at the fundamentals of BIM gaining an understanding of common practices, terminology and workflows. We will dive into some case studies of projects to see how BIM has and is being used. Lastly we will discuss the future of BIM in the practice and where we see it heading.
BIM Speaker: Andrew Rider, BIM Manager, Woolpert
Registration will begin at 11:00 am followed by lunch and presentations at 12:00 pm. Program will end at 1:00 pm.
