Having a plan is one thing, trusting that it is adequate may be optimistic, and waiting to see if it works against an attack is not acceptable. There are many alternatives from which a company can choose. Internal testing and using exercise scenarios is one option. This webinar will explore the use of scenario planning (using exercises) to review the strengths, weaknesses, overall readiness, and completeness of cybersecurity plans as well as provide suggestions on how to identify and develop their own scenarios.
