Opportunities are coming up for small businesses to meet with Government Agencies and their Prime Contractors. To take full advantage of these opportunities, you must do your homework and be prepared. In preparation, a business must have done their market research on the buyer / prime, determine the value or solution that their business can provide to the buyer / prime, have prepared a capabilities statement, and have prepared an elevator pitch.
