Jim Segelstrom

Jim has 35+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution management and business development. His last 15 years have been spent at McNally Industries where he serves as CEO. McNally is a company focused on The Department of Defense, DoD Primes, and Industrial Pumps. McNally’s business includes design engineering, precision machining , complex assembly and test as well as systems integration. Jim also overseers McNally’s Northern Gear Pump Div., Northern is engaged in a variety of markets including Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, and Specialty Coatings. During Jim’s tenure, both McNally and Northern have experienced significant and profitable growth.  Prior to joining McNally Jim spent 25 years managing and selling pumps and process equipment to the Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, CPI, Power Generation and various process markets. Jim served these markets for both manufacturing and distribution. This blend of experience has produced a very well-rounded understanding of all the various aspects of industry. He also serves as the Chairman, NDIA Manufacturing Division.
